Hendon Station Kiosk

One Consult Service: Full Electrical Design
Project summary: One Consult were appointed to provide electrical cable calculations for small power and lighting for a new flower shop kiosk within Hendon Station.
We used Amtech ProDesign software to enable us to produce cable selection quickly and efficiently for client review.
This was an extremely fast turnaround with the client requiring sign-off from Transport for London before being able to proceed.

Project summary: Replacement of existing landlord fire alarm system to several industrial warehouse units. Work included an initial feasibility study to assess the site requirements and provide value engineering alternatives to the client consultants performance specifications.
One Consult tendered the project on behalf of Pexhurst using extensive supply chain. We also provided technical submittal appraisal and project overview to completion.

Project summary: Fast track project to convert a staff room into a specialist forensic science lab.
The project including the design, was turned around within days. This was all completed during the summer holidays to avoid disruption to students.
One Consult were appointed to carry out the full design and coordination of M&E systems including new hot water, gas installation and small power.

Project summary: Refurbishment of a large, approximately 260,000 sq ft industrial unit to Cat A.
Works include the targeted replacement of services due to obsolescence and/or non-compliance to return the industrial unit to market.
One Consult were instructed to provide consultant overview of all sub-contractor CDP items.

Project summary: One Consult were appointed by Camam Group Ltd to assess the feasibility of modifying two residential apartment buildings in Winchmore Hill, North London, to provide an additional seven apartments within the existing roof space.
Our report focused on overcoming the difficulties in providing statutory services to the new flats and alterations to the existing domestic water services.

Project summary: Refurbishment and replacement of M&E Services to a three store commercial office.
One Consult were appointed to carry out the full design and coordination of M&E systems including new heating, hot water, lighting, fire alarm, small power and access control. The works included sub-division of each floor and landlord services to enable utility metering for each respective area.
